| Exerting the Marxism theory about People's Free and All-Round Development, embarking from human's Group Existence, Social Existence and Individual Existence, this article discusses how to build the harmonious socialist society and draws following conclusion: social harmony includes subjective and objective world harmony. The harmony between human body and mind is the core link of harmonious society building and the foundation of the harmony between human and nature, the harmony between human and society. Building a harmonious socialist society, not only must pay great attention to save the resources and protect environment (harmony between human and nature), must deal with contradictions in various social strata, regions and communities (harmony between human and society), but also must enhance the ideological awareness and strengthen the moral cultivation unceasingly (harmony between human body and mind). To impel the harmonious development, the government should sparkplug innovation culture, build innovation environment and formulate innovation policy.
