Support For The Elderly In Rural China During Society Transition

As the market economy development, the acceleration of the process of rural industrialization and changes in the traditional family structure and the aging of the population increase, our country original form rural endowment insurance has been unable to meet current needs. In this case, we urgently need to a new pension model to adapt to a rural economic development and farmers, so China's rural old—age insurance attracted many academics and the society's concern.This article studies systematically the rural old-age pension system in terms of system innovation. On the background of the social transformation and build a harmonious society, the paper studied systematically the rural old-age pension system on the basis of the existing theories and summarizing the practice of rural old-age pension system. Combing the current situation of rural old-age pension system, the study put forward a new thought and scheme of establishing the rural old-age pension system in China and designs some modes of rural old-age pension which suit for different conditions. Construction of different categories for different parts of the rural social endowment insurance system for the model framework, which is not only China's current social security work, is also focused on the difficulties one. The writer believes that the change of government functions should be top priority in the framework. The author hopes to offer theoretical foundation and reference for the establishment of single old-age pension system suitable for both urban and suburb areas.
