Civil Evidence-exchange Procedures Study

Fairness and efficiency is the theme of the people's court trial, the trial system reform in China after 10 years of history, China's civil action for the perfection of the system provided a lot of useful experience. Practice shows that the evidence of reform forward has become one of the bottlenecks. Civil evidence-exchange system to become the main force to break through this bottleneck, China's civil litigation system has become an important direction.For a long time but was restricted by the law and China's thinking and the impact of litigation system, as well as China's real complicated system plight, in theory research and practice are limited, as a whole, the lack of systematic and comprehensive study, the evidence does not dig deep for the civil exchange system and the foundation of the essential content, not deep down-to-earth the obvious theory to guide practice, a mixed after a study on the dispute did not play enough lead role.
