International Factoring is a kind of comprehensive financial service, which includes investigation of commercial credit, management of account receivable, guaranty of credit risk and trading financing. As an effective business protection to serve exporters, international factoring is playing a more and more important role in promoting the development of the international trade. However, because of the complexity of this service and the deficiency of related laws, it is very necessary to analyse its legal issues before we promote it further in China. Therefore, the thesis includes five cheapters and analyses the international factoring step by step. The first cheapter introduces the definition, classification and development of international factoring insight. The second cheapter devotes to respectively evaluates the legal relationships of all parties in depth. The third cheapter analyse the protential law risk of transferring the account receivable based on the ananlysis its core law issues. The fourth cheapters explains the related international treats, rules and law applications with international factoring in details. The fifth cheapter states the development of international factoring and related legislation in China. The recommendations to standardize and promote international factoring are introduced based on Chinese current situation.
