| In recent years, the construction industry progressed rapidly along with the national economic development. At the same time, breach of construction contract became more and more common in the construction market. So, it is very important to found the construction surety bond system and improve interrelated laws and regulations for the industry.This thesis mostly studies the legal issues of the construction surety bond. Firstly, it traces the source of the system, studies the basic theory and introduces some kinds of surety bond. And then, it explores some typical patterns in the international construction field, includes America, Britain, Japan and Europe area. Finally, base on reviewing the practice and the deficiency of the present laws and regulations, the thesis suggests adopting American surety bond pattern and founding more special surety companies, it also gives some legislation advice. |
