At the beginning of this part, discuss selling the house, equal condition, enforcement with reason time. At second, emphasize on existence and enforcement of lessee's purchasing priority on several particular condition: if lessee who lease part house have purchasing priority on whole house, if sub-lessee have purchasing priority.The third part is about the method of handling the conflict between the lessee's purchasing priority and the other type of purchasing priority.
