After the establishment of socialistic institution, we imagined that we had already reach harmonious state at one time, and approached to communism, but seldom studied on conflict state. Reform and openness has carried out for almost 30 years, our society has changde a lot in economic sector, organizition form, interest relation and the mode of distribution. And the character of people's thinking are different obviously. In this historical conditions, witch the society undergo the transition from planned economy economy system to market economy system, from traditional society to modern society, from full-scale opening to participation in all-round economic globalization course, economy, politics, thought and culture, social relations and other aspects are to confront of challenge and many disharmonious factors. With the development of the economy, the transforming of social structure , the adjustment of interest relation, the changing of values, all kinds of contradictions are much more than ever.
