A Study On The Government Public Credibility And The Construction Of Responsible Government

Construction of responsibility in how our government is the focus of the academic community on the issue. Paper from the relevant theoretical results on the basis of credibility from the perspective of the Government, from the responsibility of the Government and the credibility of the connotation of a comprehensive, systematic analysis to improve the credibility of responsibility Government building's status and role. On the basis, a number of practical ways of enhancing the credibility of the Government and countermeasures.In this paper, the content is divided into three parts: First, the credibility and responsibility of the Government's basic meaning. Second, improving government credibility is the key to building a responsible government. Third, the credibility of the way to improve government countermeasures.The first part in the draw, analyze and compare the theory expounded on the basis of the results of the Government's credibility and responsibility of the Government's basic meaning. Government credibility is the ability to access the public trust, is the basis on their own credit received by the public trust. It can be said that the credibility of the Government in its public administration activities based on their own moral standards demonstrated by the situation of a voluntary and the stability of the state of emergency, as in the material strength of the relationship of trust capacity. Strong credibility of the Government enhance the people's belonging sense which is also the trust in the community, the legitimacy also increases the contrary, if the credibility of the weak, the legitimacy also will be weakened. (B) The Government credibility is the responsibility of an important source of government authority. Social stability and development of each administration is the ultimate goal of social stability which have a close relaotionship with development of the entire state of the government's authority . The construction of a social credit system as a model, advocates and organizers, with more higher authority which we can make the community and organizations have on the Government's respect and trust. Thereby the state's power take the initiative to abide . (C) The credibility of good public policy can help reduce the cost of implementation. That government administration of public policy is the basic means and tools to make the public system in accordance with the provisions of the policy direction of the line and maximize the rational choice, which is necessary to make the public performance of the Government has full confidence in (D) Good Government credibility is the responsibility of the Government's policy objectives. Government credibility is the embodiment of social organizations and people on the government's reputation of a subjective value judgement which is the people on the Government's overall impression of the image, emotion, attitude.The third part is about building strengthen the credibility of the Government response to explore ideas. (A) Strengthening the functions of the government, in particular to strengthen social management and public services.
