In this way, we could understand the sponsoring legal system well, also we can seek out the legislative experience of others for our own services. China sponsoring system learned of the international basic of this field. At the same time we have our own innovation. It is being apprised nice from it is being carried out. From the study in the way of comparison method, we could find that our sponsoring legal system is complete. But when the reforming of economic go to the deep, people have new view of the securities law. We could find that there are some shortcoming of this legal filed.
