A Study About Hu Jintao's Outlook On Peasantry

China is a large agricultural country with a rich history . The population of the peasantry takes more than 60 percent of the nation's total population . As the masters of the country, the peasantry should get the appropriate attention. Peasantry issue has always been of the core issue in China's revolution, constrction and reform in the centre of the development process, the issue of Peasantry at the core of the Three Dimensional Rural Issues is always the most important task for the CPC and whole country. Since the 16th CPC Congress, Comrade Hu Jintao as the general secretary of the CPC Central Committee in the course of building a well-off society and building new socially rural areas, and building a socially harmonious society has always been taking active measures to address the issue of peasantry as the core of Three Dimensional Rural Issues. Under the guidance of Marxism the experience we've gained will be raised as Hu Jintao's outlook on the peasantry. It's useful for enriching and improving the outlook on peasantry of Marxism to study Hu Jintao's outlook on the peasantry, which is of important guiding significance to resolve the Three Dimensional Rural Issues successfully and helpful to smooth realization of the goals to build a new socialist rural areas and a socialist harmonious society. Hu Jintao's outlook on the peasantry has important inspiration for our Three Dimensional Rural Work in the future. The transcript is comprised of three parts.Part I: We have introduced the connotation of peasants, outlook on peasantry and Hu Jintao's outlook on the peasantry, also including the significance of studying it .This part starts with basic concepts ,such as the connotation of peasants and outlook on peasantry. As a result, we have deduced the connotation of Hu Jintao's outlook on the peasantry. Besides, this part has discussed the significance of studying Hu Jintao's outlook on the peasantry from the theoretical and practical aspects.Part II: We have discussed what formed the basis of Hu Jintao's outlook on the peasantry. This part has firstly discussed the theoretical basis of Hu Jintao's outlook on the peasantry, which referred to the outlook on peasantry of Marxism , Mao Zedong's outlook on peasantry ,Deng Xiaoping's outlook on peasantry and Jiang Zemin's thought on peasantry . For example, they all thought highly of the issue of peasantry, stimulating and protecting the enthusiasm of peasantry , and protecting the economic interests of peasantry, and so on .Secondly, this part has expounded what is the practical basis of Hu Jintao's outlook on the peasantry, which mainly included building a socialist harmonious society and coordinating the development between urban rural areas and building a new socialist rural areas and a well-off society. Part III: We have studied the main contents and significant inspiration of Hu Jintao's outlook on the peasantry. The part firstly expounded the main contents of Hu Jintao's outlook on the peasantry, which is from these aspects, such as the importance of the issue of the peasantry ,protecting the economic interests and rights of peasantry, protecting the political interests and rights of peasantry, protecting the ideological and cultural interests and rights of peasantry, protecting the socially public interests and rights of peasantry, and correctly handling the relationship between the Party's leadership and the smooth development of the rural work, and so on. Secondly , followed the current reality of China, we have analyzed the inspiration of Hu Jintao's outlook on the peasantry, which is helpful for us to further resolve the Three Dimensional Rural Issues.
