In the new period the rural informal organizations'development has had a major influence on the rural society.The correlative literature researching rural informal organizations mainly startded from the specific forms of informal organization' influence on villager's autonomy, and littlely looked the informal organization as a whole.Based on the analysis of relevant documents, this thesis makes the influence of the rural informal organizations on the villager's autonomy in the new period as the research objectives.This thesis consists of five parts, the comprehensive study of ideas: the first part is the introduction, consistsing of study meaning, combing relevant research literature and research methods.The second part is the formation and its types of rural informal organizations.Through the analysis this thesis wants to have the informal organizations's existing state and the deep-seated causes.Part there is the influence of informal organizations on the villager's autonomy. This part looks the various types of informal organizations as a whole from the positive and negative aspects of villager's autonomy to analysis its influence on the four specific process of villager's autonomy.The fourth part is the countermeasure to regulate the rural informal organizations and eliminate their negative influence on the villager's autonomy.On the basis of the exact attitude to look on the relation of the rural formal organizations and informal organizations,this thesis wants to find the way to regulate the informal organizations and the countermeasure to eliminate their negative influence on the villager's autonomy.Part five is the conclusion, through the analysis we hope to appear a new situation, rural formal organization at the core and rural informal organizations as the support forces, this thesis want to make a better theoretical support for the development of villager's autonomy.
