As the market economy is developing fast,China social structure has got great transformation,The original interest-expressing channel can't meet the public's need now,and the new mechanism isn't established in time,The absence of mechanism brings a negative effect to the society's stabilization and development.So the thesis is adopted to analyze the present situations of how the interests of the Urban Vulnerable Group in china are expressed inside and outside the current policies,and necessary suggestions are proposed for policy-makers to improve these situations.The thesis divides into five parts.Firstly,it is the thesis introduction part,mainly elaborated the thesis origin,the domestic and foreign research summarize,and explains the research the significance and the method.secondly,it defines the basic conceptions,and explained the theory basis of the Urban Vulnerable Group.thirdly,it explores the Benefit Demand,and analyzes the causes from the expression idea,expresses the main body,the expression object and the expression system,the environment.finally,it concludes with a summary of the previous four parts,in view of the present situation of the Urban Vulnerable Groups in Expressing the Benefit Demand,proposed the policies of consummating the Urban Vulnerable Group in Interest-expressing mechanism.
