A Review On The On-Job Education Of The CCP's Cadres In The Jin Cha Ji Anti-Japanses Base Area

The research on the history of education has not only been an important question for study in the educational research field , but also an indispensable question for study in the historical research. When the anti-Japanese base areas behind the enemy lines are in their hardest times, the on-job education of the Chinese Communist Party's(CCP's) cadres reaches its summit. Jin Cha Ji is the first anti-Japanese base area behind the enemy lines, and a model base area as well, whose on-job education of the CCP's cadres is both exemplary and typical.On the basis of the experience from the cadres'education in Chinese Soviet Areas, the Jin Cha Ji Anti-Japanese Base Area has creatively founded better systems and policies for cadres'education. The education of cadres in Jin Cha Ji falls into three categories, namely, training class education, school education and on-job education. The on-job education of cadres means that cadres receive education while they are at their posts, which is a piece of great pioneering work for the CCP to improve the cultural and political levels and professional ability of more than 90 percent cadres under the difficult circumstances during the War of Resistance Against Japan. The on-job education of cadres in the Jin Cha Ji Anti-Japanese Base Area has changed along with its political situation, has developed according to the Area's different needs for cadres, and has experienced such stages as rising and preliminary development, perfecting and high tide, and successive development. Besides, the Jin Cha Ji Anti-Japanese Base Area has made different content of courses, has adopted various textbooks and teaching methods, and has set up practical rules and in diffenent political situations.The on-job education, training class education and school education, coexisting and coordinating with one another, have enhanced cadres'comprehensive quality, have provided a large number of backbones for the War of Resistance Against Japan, and have made great contributions to the final victory of this Anti-Japanese War. In many respects, the on-job education of cadres in Jin Cha Ji Anti-Japanese Base Area has provided large quantities of useful enlightenment for the present even the future education and construction of cadres.
