Anti-monopoly Law's Regulation On Concentration Of Undertakings

Along with the economic globalization deepening,how to improve the efficiency of our state's enterprise and enhance its international competitiveness have become the most important topic in this period. Without doubt, Concentration of Undertakings is an inevitable choice. In this paper, in light of China's newly enacted anti-monopoly law, through historical study, compare research, case analysis and other methods, the author takes the efficiency as the angle of view, restructures more efficient Anti-monopoly Law provisions to deal with the increasingly fierce international competition.This article constitutes of six parts. The first part includes the concept, types, advantages as well as disadvantages of Concentration of Undertakings. From the second to the fifth part, the author analyzes the value goal, the procedure norm, the entity standard as well as the exemption system of Concentration of Undertakings, and further explode efficiency tendency in these aspects. The sixth part comments on, from the perspective of efficiency, China's newly enacted Anti-monopoly Law and gives some corresponding revision advice.
