The appointed justification system has become a symbol of consummation of a state legal system and the culture advancement of a society.According to the provisions of the current law and relevant judicial interpretations of our country, a part of the accused in the criminal prosecution has the right of appointed justification. Therefore, it is very necessary to take some actions to consummate the appointed justification system. Using the methods of analysis and comparison, it enumerates in this article the problems existing in the appointed justification system of our country and makes the corresponding suggestions.
