Study On The System Of Injury Determination In Anti-dumping Law

The system of injury determination is very important in antidumping law. During the investigation of antidumping, the authority not only need to make sure whether the import goods dumps, but also need to make sure whether the import goods make injury to domestic industry. Only when the above two requirements were met,the authority may take antidumping measures to the import goods.As regard to China ,on one hand,The Anti-dumping Regulation of The People's Republic of China and The Investigation Rules on Industry Injury in Antidumping still have some defects;on the oher hand,in recent ten years,foreign countries take more and more antidumping measures on the exports of China and this trend will not change,and that will bring great challenge to the Bureau of Industry Injury Invetigation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to make an intensive study on the system of injury determination.This essay is comprehensive analysis,survey and study on the role and function of injury determinaton in antidumping law,the meaning of injury determination,and the reform affirmation about injury determination in Doha Round.Based on these points,the author raises some ideas for the legislation and implementation of injury deternation in China.
