In recent years, the sex employment discrimination in our labor market is more and more serious. The reason lies in various aspects, besides the market economical competition, the related legal system design unreasonably, the imperfect and lack of the laws and regulations is also an important reason. Therefore, supplementing and improving the legislation to eliminate sex discrimination in women's employment is become an objective necessity.The western developed countries have been achieved a great success in the fields of equal employment, welfare security, maternal protection because they own the perfect law system and reasonable clauses. We can benefit from the perfect law system and reasonable clauses through analyse the history and present situation about the legislation to eliminate sex discrimination in women's employment and compare the contents and legislations about equal opportunity and welfare security system. Supplementing and amending the correlated labor legislation, the law on the protection of the rights and interests of women and the "Employment Promotion Law" which was issued recently in due course.
