Risk Control Research In Mobile Communication Operators Based On Population Information Service

Through comparing with the risk control between traditional model and modern model of mobile communication operators, This article try to prove the model of risk control based on population information service in mobile communication operators is effective way to prevent and decrease the risk at present, and the expansive service of population information would create better society environment, lay a foundation for social honesty and credit system.Strengthening the social good faith construction, resolving the lake of social good faith is a social systemic project, we must depend upon the strength of entire society, fully play the positive role of the government, the enterprise, the intermediary organization and individual, establish social good faith realization mechanism including the effective restriction mechanism, developed evaluation mechanism, perfect inspiring mechanism, powerful supervising mechanism, the prompt publicizing mechanism.
