Hu bei province is agricultural province in the middle part of china with a large number agricultural population. In the transition period, along with Hu bei province's agricultural productivity continuous increasing, industrialization and urbanization accelerating, the number of rural outward people is going to be larger and larger. Because the flux and flowage structure are irrational, there are many problems in the process of rural workers'employment. Therefore, making the study about the flux problem of Hu bei province will brings forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the rural workers flux structure and promotes flowage orderly, it will also increases peasants'income, dwindles the gap of town and country and accelerates urbanization .The thesis is divided into eight chapters. The first chapter is introduction which expatiates on the background, the significance, the research technique and the innovation. The second chapter mostly summarizes the correlative literatures and theories, involving the three foreign rural surplus labour force models and some domestc representative theories. The third chapter analyzes the flux problem from different aspects, including gross index, age index and education degree index. The fourth chapter analyzes the flowage problem and designs two index, they are regional index and industry index. The fifth chapter analyzes the economic and social influence. The sixth chapter conceives flux forecast model and forecasts the trend of flux and flowage. The senventh chapter mainly puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures. The last chapter is the conclusion of this thesis which calls for the whole society must be concerned about the problem and creates a better environment for the rural workers.
