This article embarks from our country Trade union organization's production and the development, elaborated the State-owned enterprise trade union's nature, the status and the function in detail and has carried on system's induction about trade union theory system which insisted by our country trade union organization. The historical development and the reality choice proved the trade union is playing the influential role in the coordinated labor relations from its birth.
