Research On The Function Of Charitable Organization

Charity which has been forgotten by us for years, now is been focused on by Chinese government. The Chinese had emphasized on charity from long time ago. The charity won a well development after the 1990's in China, but comparing with the west developed countries, the development of charity in China is still lagging now. The charity organization is an important mechanism of society integration and income redistribution. During the Period of social transition, the social structure is changing from "big government small society"-structure to "small government big society"- structure. This thesis which chooses the examples of Nanjing Charity Foundation and The Amity Foundation, analyses the Impact of structure, running ,HR, social-network on the functioning of charity organization. The charity organization can play an important role in the area where the government can't maintain. So the research on the functioning of charity organization has real significance.
