In 90's of twenty century, with the deepening of the economy system reform, the national civil servant institution was implemented in government and its departments on all levels in our country. National civil servant recruitment and selection system is an important part of national civil servant institution, and plays an important role in civil servant troops building. Interview plays important role in produce on selection and recruitment national civil servant. In research on recruitment national civil servant interview outcome, effect and reality are researched adequately, but the research on recruitment national civil servant interview discrimination is lacked.Applying knowledge of human resource administration, administration and psychology, using theories of interview, through analysis institution on recruitment national civil servant of Jiangsu province, this paper find four problems on recruitment national civil servant discrimination, such as forming function of organization, designing interview question, controlling interview process, and evaluating interview standard. For improve recruitment national civil servant effect, this paper analyze recruitment national civil servant interview discrimination of Jiangsu province through mathematical tools with current situation and new requirement for interview's development. This paper analyze problems and design methods for improve recruitment national civil servant discrimination of Jiangsu province, through forming function of organization, designing interview's theme, controlling interview's process, and evaluating interview's standard. For improve recruitment national civil servant discrimination, Jiangsu province should to organize interview theme appraisal group that they can forecast outcome and feedback information forcefully, to analyze interview position, enhance non-relativity between interview elements and written examination items, heighten interview elements pertinence, improve interview theme science, and adopt technology on psychology examination and measure, to design work handbook, create nice environment, increase supervisor ability on control discrimination, and make interviewee adapt mentally. At the same time, the paper research appraisal system on recruitment and selecting nation civil servant, brought up some measures for improve recruitment national civil servant interview discrimination of Jiangsu province, these are appraisal interview discrimination with data, forecast recruitment national civil servant interview discrimination, and improve recruitment national civil servant interview discrimination by rule and line. At last, this paper expatiate condition on improving recruitment national civil servant interview discrimination.
