Research On Legislation Of Euthanasia In China

Euthanasia has become a heated topic in recent years. However, our justice department is ambiguous about this issue which is not helpful to solve the problems concerning with ethical law. While, the foundation of euthanasia law system has more advantages than disadvantages. There is a hard foundation in theory to legalize euthanasia. To ensure euthanasia rules don't go far away from the objects, we need to regularize euthanasia methods, and euthanasia law should be in the principle of voluntary action, legal cases, strict procedures qualified doctors and limited types of euthanasia. The actual execution of euthanasia must have its legal assurance. The thesis attempt to illustrate the implication of euthanasia research on the legislative process in China for the purposes of scientific and humanitarian spirit, by studying the present situation of euthanasia development and making the rudimentary research on its legal status, for its validation to play a more effective role in realizing legally the protection and deference of human rights.
