In the past, antitrust law is regarded as the domestic law and limited in one country. With the globalization of economy deepened, governments and antitrust authorities in the world have to deal with new problems, which, on the contrary, promote the process of international cooperation. In the past few years, many scholars have discussed the legislation of the antitrust law. Among their discussion, few included the international trend of it.With the method of historical analysis and literature search, this paper studies the relevant documents and files which were drafted out, in the different periods, by international organizations, such as the United Nations, World Trade Organization, European Union and Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and by countries, such as the United States and Germany. On the basis of studying these documents and files, the paper suggests to promote the process of international cooperation, with the analyzing the international trend of antitrust law.The paper is consisted of five chapters. The first chapter introduces the basic of the international trend of law theory, analyzes the importance of coordinating in the international antitrust system. And then it introduces the development of the antitrust law around the world, mainly the achievement of international organizations. This chapter is the basic of the paper. The second chapter is about the antitrust law internationalization phenomena, including extraterritoriality, bilateral coordination, world antitrust law system and the International Competition Network which plays an important role in the world competition system. The third and fourth chapters analyze the fundamental principles and rules of antitrust law, and emphasize the importance of them in the world public economic policy. The last chapter discusses the relative legal system in China, hoping to find out the reference to the antitrust law.The paper doesn't think antitrust law only belongs to domestic legal system. Not only the history but also the practices of national or regional antitrust law systems have showed the process of antitrust-law globalization. With this trend, China should actively attend to the bilateral and multilateral coordination with countries around the world in the antitrust legal system.
