European Constitution And The Dvelopment Of Neo-institutionalism

At the last century, the development of Neo-institutionalism caused much scholar's concern of the international relations theories.The inner part categorizion of Neo-institutionalism and the intramural integration in three schools of Neo-institutionalism became the hot points of research.The development of EU similarly focused the attentions all over the world.The development of EU flowed the assumption of theories partily in certain meanings.Then, a lot of scholars started their study of EU and Neo-institutionalism at the same time,and creatived a lot of new international relations theories. They promote the development of international relations theories.Being different from other scholars,the research angle of this paper is the function of international political fulfillment for international relations theories.This paper takes European ostitutionality as a case,to verify the function of the European integration to the development of Neo-institutionalism.This text is mainly from the intramural integration in three schools of Neo-institutionalism, to study how the European constitution work upon the intramural integration in three schools of Neo-institutionalism.Last century,a lot of researchers of international relations theories have already started to pay attention to the intramural integration in three schools of Neo-institutionalism.The points of their research include:the time area and research layer,the establishment and changement of institutions,the formation of predilection,the disagreements of the function doctrine and the system doctrine etc.And the European constitution gave new chances to their study.This text wants to compare the thought source, system establish of principle, system of norm function etc. in European constitution with intramural integration in three schools of Neo-institutionalism,and to get some worth conclusion.This paper took three kinds of research methods:history research method, comparison research method and case study method.To make a whole research from a new angle on European integration and development of Neo-institutionalism.The full text is divided into four parts :The first part is the introduction.It gives a comprehensive introduction about the Neo-institutionalism and the paper.The second part is about the Current situation of Neo-institutionalism and intramural integration.It includes the three schools of Neo-institutionalism,the comparative study of three schools and the study of theintramural integration in three schools of Neo-institutionalism.It gives a introduction about the Historical Institutionalism, Sociological institutionalism and Rational choice institutionalism.The third part is about the European constitution and the institutional meaning.It includes the reasons of European constitution,formulatal procress of European constitution and interest differences of member countries,thecontents of European constitution and institutional design of European Union,the destiny of European constitution,and the institutional meanings of European constitution.The fourth part is about the revelations of European constitution to theintramural integration in three schools of Neo-institutionalism.It includes the discipline of institutional construction of European Union and the revelations of the discipline of institutional construction of European Union.
