Summaries And Analysis On The Thoughts Of Deng Enming's Workers' Movement

Born in Guizhou province, Deng enming is not only an outstanding communist soldier, the only minority representative in the First National Congress of CPC(Communist Party of China), but also one of the early renowed activists and worker leaders of our Party. During the periods of organizing party affairs in Shandong in 1920s, Deng enming led Qingdao workers to go on several strikes that had greater impacts on the whole nation, and gradually formed his unique thoughts of Workers'Movement, which took an important position in the history of Chinese Workers'Movement. And this paper intends to summarize and analyze Deng enming's thoughts of Workers'Movement as follows.In the first chapter, it is to sort out systemically the international, domestic and educational backgrounds for the origin of Deng enming's thoughts of Workers'Movement so as to reflect its subjective as well as objective conditions.In the second chapter, the paper summarizes the formation process of Deng enming's thoughts. And a conclusion is drawn that part of his thoughts comes from the study of Marxism, while on the other hand from the practice of organizing workers'movements.The third chapter sums up the features of his thoughts. To be more specific, they are embodied in three aspects, i.e."to emphasize on party building in organization, to teach in accordance with the learners'aptitude in publicity, and to seek stategies in movements". It shows that Deng enming'thoughts actually, is the flexible application of Marxism in China.The fourth chapter makes a historical evaluation of Deng enming's thoughts of Workers'Movement. Firstly, the positive role of his thoughts in guiding Qingdao strike is confirmed. Then due to the restrictions of era and the influence of"left"adventurism at that time, it realizes there are certain limitations in his thoughts. At last, the historical significance and enlightment of his thoughts is concluded, pointing out that carrying forward the essence of Deng enming's thoughts of Workers'Movement plays a dynamic role in the present constuction of Guizhou.
