In the practice, suspect's right——specially the constitution right is extremely easy to receive infringement. This article obtains the suspect's constitution right, the public security organ criminal activity, detective stage of suspect's constitution right, the present situation and the evaluation, suspect's constitution right safeguard in our country and the international standards, the pattern and consummates of our country, the questions and tentative plan.This article takes the international human rights'protection and the domestic government by law as the background, and explains the criminal detection stage, which is the international human rights protection. The fulfillment of international convention in our country and regulations makes great strides to the safeguard suspect constitution right, but in the practice, the extortion of confession is not as good as it seems in the theory. According to the international criminal justice standards and the country's reality, I propose some rights of the suspect such as the right of silence, the right to counsel, the right to know and the right to relief, the right of privacy ,the legitimate property rights and so on.
