Position And Function Of Social Organization In The Construction Of Socialist Harmonious Society

Building a socialist harmonious society is a significant strategic decision that is geared to the 21st century, made by the CPC Central Committee according to China's current social development .the essential feature of a socialist harmonious society is the democratic rule of law, equity, justice, sincerity, amity, vitality, stability and order and the harmony between man and nature. In the process of building a harmonious society, we must value the important role of community groups. This article holds that the civil community groups can play an important role in enhancing political participation, developing the economy and promoting social and cultural development into harmony. According to the development and the status of China's community groups, the present development of China's community organizations are not perfect for the transitional period .due to the shortage of their own capacity and the inadequacy of the impact to the external environment the development of the community groups are very limit, either from the internal management or the social support from our society.As non-profit organizations, the community groups play an important role in restructuring create a harmonious favorable social environment .Based on the analysis of the duality of the community groups ,this paper talks about the inevitability of the development of the community groups in constructing the harmonious society , identify the current development of China's community groups in the course of the issue, put forward the policies and regulations in the improvement of the community groups'registration and management and the supervision and management system. besides that ,we should make sure that the community groups will play an important role in building the harmonious society.In the environment of the building of a harmonious society ,this paper discusses the status ,the development, the attribution, the functions of the community groups ,identifies the current development of China's inadequate community groups and the reasons for the restrictions, combined with the background of a harmonious society, and expounds China's way to develop the community groups, how do they act in their own capacity development, how to develop their own capabilities to meet the needs of the society, and how to effectively promote their own functions in the process of the harmonious society.
