Study On The Harmonious Society From The Viewpoint Of Institution

The construction of a harmonious socialist society is an important strategic decision put forward under the circumstance of the new situation of reform and opening-up and the great historical course of Chinese people's exploitation of socialism with Chinese characteristics guided by Chinese Communists. The harmonious socialist society that we pursuit to construct should be the one that features equity and justice, honesty and fraternity, vigor and vitality, stability and order, and harmony between man and nature .The establishment of socialism offers basic prerequisites for a harmonious socialist society featuring socialism essence and modernity and new-type.However, since the reform and opening-up, China has developed from a society featuring benefit-unity into the one featuring benefit-diversity ,which means there would still exist contradictory and conflict in the harmonious society that we want to build as the harmonious society cannot be built by eliminating difference but by admitting and respecting the difference to unite while keeping the differences. Therefore, the advancement of the harmonious society in the present China not only lay stress on socialism' basic value target, but it self is still a theoretical reflection about social uneven development of China. Institutional conflicts in the time of transformation are crucial factors leading to social disorders of China. In order to build up a harmonious socialism society, the stress of the establishment must be lay on the institutions. we should eliminate the institutional conflicts as possible as we can to set up a systematic and effective institutional organism. The harmonious society should be the one making use of effective organism to regulate social contradictory and conflict.
