In the last 6 years, Shanghai Cooperative Organization (SCO) has made an outstanding achievement after experiencing a lot of difficulties. SCO passed the test of the great change of geopolitics patter in Asia and Europe, and rectified the judgment of"marginalization"and"hollowing"made by some international institute after the US's attack on Afghanistan and garrison in Middle Asia. The cooperation among the members of SCO is expanding from security and economy to humanity, science & technology and environment. In the meanwhile, SCO also build the close cooperative relationship with 4 observer countries: Mongolia, India, Iran and Pakistan. On one hand, the same interest on economy, politics and security will prompt the development of SCO. On the other hand, the development of SCO is still influenced by the hegemony countries and neighboring international organization and the process is deemed to be tested by many severe difficulties.SCO is the first organization named in Chinese city and the smooth development will not only bring out great significance on the stability of China's neighboring environment as well as expansion of foreign economic activities, but also promote the positive function of China in this region.
