The Judicial Measures Of The Falling Objects From Tall Buiding And The Analysis Of The Related Measures

Along with the development of urban construction, the falling things from tall buildings there has been increasing. However, because of the complexity of such cases, especially there is no certain persons and there is no clear solution in such cases under the provisions of the law, the judgements of the court cases based on the process and results also vary are different. The thesis tries to find them unreasonable factors through several cases as the entrance, and establish the clear legal responsibility. After the analysis, tort Liability towers falling objects should not be attributed to high-rise tenants in whole or in part,or do not authorized relief for the victims of social security entirely from the point of view of the relief work, therefore, I propose in this paper that we should hold the responsibility of property management companies.
