Research On The System Of Administrtive Withdrawal Of The Suit

As an important legal action of the plaintiff's, the acts of administrative withdrawal of the suit, not only directly reflects the quantity and quality of the citizens'rights of administrative litigation in a country ,but also its reflects s country's administrative relief realize it or not. So, as an important system of litigation , administrative withdrawal of the suit plays an irreplaceable role in the litigation process. The status quo of China's administrative system withdrawal of the suit is worrying because of some various reasons. In this paper, I tries to examine this problem with the guidance of status quo of China administrative withdrawal of the suit , proposing the theory root of administrative withdrawal of the suit on the bases of the litigation acts . It also gives a brief introduction of the advanced legislative experience of the foreign opponents and expounds the problems and roots of China's administrative withdrawal of the suit. Finally, it has anived at some relative suggestions and measures on solving this problem.
