Study On Chinese Rural Social Risks In New Era And The Rural And Pastoral Areas Social Risk Of Inner Mongolia

Ulrich Beck who is the famous German sociologist said that we were now living in a "risk society" which wais totally different from traditional modern society. Chinese rural society is weak resistance to risk areas, the whole country is vigorously building a new socialist countryside today, the increasing of the ability to resist risks the important condition to protect the rural areas to be stable development, and is also the necessary insurance for building a well-off society and harmonious society. Now our country is experiencing social transformation period, the capacity to resist risks is relatively weak in the rural community which hinders the sustainable development of rural society. Building new socialist countryside has provided a new perspective to solve the "three-agriculture" issues and to control risk of the rural community. To improve the ability to resist rural community risk is the important condition for the development of building a well-off society and it is also the necessary insurance for building a well-off society and harmonious society.The first chapter in this paper is preface,introducing the purpose of topics and the theory. The second chapter discusses the main performance and the current status of Chinese rural social risks in new era. It gives useful discussions in personal risks to farmers, rural organizations risk and rural culture risk.,then analyzes the rural and pastoral areas social risk status in Inner Mongolia Autonomous according to their own characteristics of the rural and pastoral areas social. The third chapter has analyzed the causes of these social risks through the main performance of Chinese rural social risks. The deep reasons are the Chinese dual economic structure. The fourth chapter has provided the universal countermeasures that suit the entire rural community risk control of China. It includes strengthening rural social risk management and strengthening the effect of public goods for stabilizing rural society and so on. After the analysis of the whole description, the reasons and measures of rural community risk, at last it has put forward the measures to control the social risk of the country and pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
