Institutional Analysis About Chinese Political Order During Transition Period

Since the reform and open to outside. Chinese social transformation has become complicated and dangerous. If some link of the process of transformation is not under good control, there may be political turmoil, economic collapse and out of control in Chinese society. This paper focuses on the ability and development of political order, which is based on the background of social transformation, from the angle of institutional view.In the first part of this paper, some conception of political order are proposed and analyzed. Some of the most important conceptions are the. transformation, the political order and the system. Those are the essences of study. And in this part, the research framework and methods of study are put forward, too. The dialectical materism, the historical materism and the behavior of the main playes are used in the paper.In the second part, the institutional defaults of political order are the emphases to investigate. This job falls into three sections: political rules, political entities and political control. In this part, the research is based on analysis of conceptions and principle related to the transition of system, the formal and informal rules, and so on. The analysis we can draw a conclusion there, to some extent, lies in deficiencies of political rules, political entities and political control. In the third part, the root of the system of political order is probed into. This also falls into three sections: political rules, political entitiesas well as political control. Through analysis, the main clauses of the question of political order are found out. Such as the political rules of supply and demand, change in the road, official rules, adaptive system efficiency entity status change, structural changes, political participation, political authority and political abilities of shortage.In the forth part, the author tries to put forward a way of constructing good political order. In the period of transformation. The author believes: as to political rules, the institutional creation and the improvement of institutional process are paid more attention to; as to political entities, the democratic construction and the improvement of monocracy should be accelerated; as to political control, the political authority and political ability must be advanced.Finally, the conclusions are drawn in this paper.
