In"a Theory of Justice", Rawls made the typological division on the procedural justice, That was, perfect procedural justice, imperfect procedural justice and pure procedural justice. Rawls thought :"pure procedural justice obtains when there is no independent criterion for the right result: instead there is a correct or fair procedure such that the outcome is likewise correct or fair, whatever it is, provided that the procedure has been properly followed."From this, He put forward his theory of the value of procedural selfish departmentalism. Then he pushed the procedural justice's research and discussion to a peak. This paper is based on the existing research results in the academic circle to study Rawls'procedural justice as a complete ideological system.
