And for this case, these two focal issues are introduced :obligation principle of real estate registration and compensation mode.Chapter II, this part mainly demonstrate that the obligation principle should be irregularity principle from three view of obligation: theory, the legislation and logic.Chapter III, this part compares the typical real estate registration compensation, and then considers that setting up the compensation fund more suitable for China's national conditions. And in order to weaken the burden of compensation, to market of real estate registration, this part also analysis the function of legal justness and mapping system.
