The Difficulties And Countermeasures Investigation Of The Rule Of Law In China

The modern sense of the rule of law originates from the western world and is the result of the western cultural development. The rule of law established not only as a system in the western world , but also cherished by the western people as a value. However, the rule of law originates from the western world , it is accepted as the best way to rule the country all over the world through the testing of the history. China experienced the long process of exploration and it got the lessons from the positive and passive aspects. The rule of law has become our unswerving goal.Through more than twenty years efforts, we have made preeminent achievements in the construction of the rule of law. But we still face many kinds of difficulties because of the historical and realistic problems. They include the common difficulties caused by the rule of law itself that each country will meet in the development of the rule of law and the particular difficulties caused by the Chinese basic condition. The premise to solve the difficulties is to find and grasp these problems, so it is even more important for us to identify and recognize these difficulties in the process of the development of the rule of law.This article will begin with the connotation, characteristic and significance of the rule of law, then treat the common and particular difficulties we face in the process of the construction of the rule of law and analyze the reasons for them. Finally I will put forward some practical countermeasures so as to give some consultation to the successful construction of our Chinese rule of law.
