Since reform and opening-up, with the adjustment of economic structure, the pluralism of the economic sector, the gradual setting-up of the socialist market economy system, the society flows and accelerates constantly, make stratum's structure of class of the society of our country begin the great change to take place. In the process of contemporary China's reform and opening-up, under the background of the violent change of social structure, in the changes of the whole social class, it is the working class to change the greatest, deepest, most noticeable one, this is the fact existing objectively.
