Such as "One family have many houses " condition in rural area, residence land business condition is common in rural, the village builds lack of rational plan, residence land area go beyond the standard commonly, there appeared many hollow villages caused by no good channel for calling back the unused residence land. There have identical problem commonly in a lot of our country's rural area by looking up related articles and materials.The author analysis the reasons which lead to current system of usufruct right on rural residence land from history cause, legislation cause, administration cause and law will of the peasant, based on the problems in current system of usufruct right on rural residence land. Then the author suggests reinforcing the administration and plan to rural residence land, build compensable use system of usufruct right on rural residence land, perfect circulation system of usufruct right on rural residence land. Depend on these measures to perfect our country system of usufruct right on rural residence land, and ensure the system could operation with good order and fine level, to provide support for Socialism New Rural Construction.
