The reform of the preparing process before civil adjudication in china has already been got common attention by theoretical circles and practical circles as one of the parts of civil suit ways,under the direction of the model judicature concept which has the core of "judicature for people".This thesis begins with the summing-up of the proceduce before civil adjudication in china,which gives the introduction about the concept characteristic and function of judicial proceduce;secondly,it gives the most important introduction about the content of process justice that also means the theoretical basement of the procedure,action efficiency and proceduce stability,before civil adjudication which quotes that the process justice is the basement of procedure before civil adjudication in china.It introduces this procedure of judicature reform in western countries on the angle of comparative law,so it points out the revealation of the process legislation for the civil adjudication in two legal systems;And then the thesis considers the fact of the proceduce before the civil adjudication on the base of the former discussion,at the same time,this part also learns about the question and its reasons existing in the procedure before civil adjudication in china.The last part of the article is the main point of the whole passage,which gives a few suggestions to improve the rules of the procedure before civil adjudication in china.To hope that it would offer the help to prefer this procedure and seize independent value and foundation of the process especially.There would be the advantage to solve civil dispute efficiently and economically,so it is the attempt of the article to discuss the idea of the proceduce before the civil adjudication in china.
