The Peoples Congress Supervision And It's Improvement

The Peoples Congress is a fundamental political system of China. The supervision is the basic content of the people's congress system and it is also an important symbol of political system operation of people's masters status. The People's Congress supervision is that the People's Congress and it' s Standing Committee review, supervision, and rectify the behaviors of the various state organs, political parties, social organizations and staff members in accordance with the Constitution and laws . Based on this, it is also a process of using the correspondence power of authorizing , deciding, appointing , election and dismissing. It is of great significance to strength the supervision of Peoples Congress for maintenancing peoples democratic and dictatorship, guarding the unity of the legal system and guaranteeing the healthy development of the Socialist market economy. For this reason, I research the problems and reasons of People's Congress system and bring forward measures of strengthening and improving the People's Congress supervision accordingly by using the methods of combining of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis and comparing with the power balancing of Western parliamentary system and other supervision systems of China.I have worked in the Peoples Congress for many years. I consult a lot of materials in the process of writing this paper. I perspective and analyze the supervision system of Peoples Congress in the sight of law and political science with my own work practice. I hope it will helpful for promoting the academic study of Peoples Congress , strengthening the function of Peoples Congress supervision and accelerating the process of constitutional of China.
