After these 10 years practice, the implementation of the basic strategy of governing the country according to law, there form of China's judicial system, the improvement of the legal supervision, achievement of a just justice, the rule of law concepts, such as propaganda, have made a large improvement in the world. In the report to the party's 17, it have made clear that unswervingly develop socialist democracy, fully implement the basic strategy of governing the country according to law. How to fully implement the basic strategy of the Party Central Committee is the major thing for China's legal men.Building a harmonious society must be innovate the mechanisms that resolve the social contradictions system. as one of mechanism to resolve social contradictions is the mainstay. Because the court is the last barrier to achieve social justice. How does Justice play a full effective? To Solve this problem, we must attach importance to the building of legal profession sectors, through improving the system of legal profession sectors, ultimately , building a strong and powerful sectors of the legal profession ,it is possible that the full realization of the rule of law.There is no doubt, doing some research about China's law on the status of vocational classes , taking some defects and shortcomings in the existing legal profession system to consideration and taking some measures will do some positive effect on improving of building a socialist rule of law .
