Inequality in employment is a serious problem for women nowadays. The fact that the women college students often meet a higher than usual difficulties in seeking job positions fully illustrates this issue and presents a serious challenge. Surveys show that a lot of employers prefer employing men students to employing women students, although women's abilities are not secondary to men. Some employers even defy the law by declaring in want advertisements that men are wanted only. In addition, the unfair treatment against women in employment situation reflects in terms of income, promotion opportunities and professional training. However, the victims in sex discrimination cannot obtain adequate relief in legal proceedings, which shows the limitations in the current legal system of protecting women's equal rights to employment. So, the following questions are worthy of our consideration: How to realize the sex discrimination against women in employment? How to prevent the expansion of inequality through legislative measures?The right of equality to Citizens is a fundamental right. Taking the legislation protection for women's equal rights to employment as research object, this thesis introduces some relevant legislative overview of the legal system against sex discrimination, and it also interprets the reasons for which women suffer sex discrimination by the analysis on the current situation of the female employment in China. Finally, on the basis of current legislation condition in our country, the thesis proposes the legislation protection principle for women's equal rights to employment and probes into the technical difficult problem in the process of legislation, hoping to construct complete legislation protection frame for women's equal rights to employment.
