Indoor theft always catches a lot of people's attention , as one form of the oldest crimes of property violation . Moreover , it attracts many criminal scholars' attention . This is not only for that indoor theft does serious harm to the society , but also for that its criminal action is so complex that it ofen bewilders judicial department and brings many problems to criminal scholars to solve . Based on the research of the predecessors , I do some research upon indoor theft . The contents of the article mainly talk about four aspects as follows :Firstly , the concept, contemporary state and evolving trends of indoor theft. At first, analyse the concept of indoor theft . Conclude the concept of indoor and talk about the illegality of invading the door , by defining the area and charactristic of indoor and discerning the differences between indoor and house . Therefore , get the concept of indoor theft which means the persson steals property secretly from immovable , independent and closed room so that it does a lot of harm to the society . Furthermore , analyse the conteporary state and evolving trends of indoor theft. 1 . Taking place more often . 2 . More skilled and more professional . 3 . More secret and more destructive . 4 .Often form a group with organization . Indoor theft gradualy turns into intelligence crime and professional crime , so it will do more harm to the society .Secondly , the types , characteristic and legislation of indoor theft . At first , classify indoor theft in order to know well the phenomenon and the essence of indoor theft . Furthermore , ananlyse the characteristic of indoor theft on law . At last , analyse the legislation of indoor theft so as to demonstrate that indoor theft does more harm to the society than common larceny .Thirdly , the crime forms and transformation of indoor theft . Indoor theft bellongs to the direct intentional crime , therefore , there may be situation of the accomplishment, preparation , discontinuance and attempt in the process of indoor theft. During the reaearch on the process of indoor theft , the author demonstrate the nature of the behaviour of preparation ,agreeing the implements says . It means that once the offender invade the house ,it will be regarded as begins . The author has also further analysed two kinds of transformation of indoor theft: crime of robbery and crime of grab .Fourthly , the judicial sentences and legislation perfection of indoor theft . In the judicial practice the standard of larceny is often carried on to indoor theft, which often makes some offenders that don't reach the standard of larceny escape the criminal punishment. This is not good for fighting the crime and protecting citizen's personal safety and property . It is suggested to be sentenced as the crime of illegal invading house . Simultaneously,it is suggested to perfect the legislation,which means stipulating indoor theft as the felon for larceny ,according to the legislation of indoor robbery . This stipulation will solve the problems in judicial practice .
