In German classical philosophy, Feuerbach is the first man who held the perceptual banner to breakthrough irrational frog of speculative philosophy. But he made the traditional epistemological concept of the perceptual into the ontological one. Therefore, what he understood of this concept was objective. On one hand the perceptual ontology is an objective existence, on the other hand, the object can embody the essence of the existence. The establishment of this principle can help us to interpret our own existence, which makes us conscious of our own as an emotional object, as an existence of entity life, rather than the kind of simply spirit. Feuerbach's principle of perceptual object had basically been inherited by young Marx. However, the beginning of Marxism is not a philosophy of Feuerbach on the stance of the existence of thinking Human being, but it has its own philosophical premise and position. Thus, when he was using Feuerbach's principle, it always had different interpretations. So that he did not fall into the Feuerbach's intuitive, on the contrary, he upgraded Feuerbach's principle to perceptual activities. Therefore, if we want to truly grasp the Marx's transcendence contrary to Feuerbach on the ontology, we have to begin from the development process of Marx himself. This transcendence and the difference are precisely reflected in the presence of his thinking about the human existence. In doctoral thesis period , the deflection on the existence of atoms contains both the possibility of Marx's acceptance of Feuerbach's principle, and the possibility of Marx's transcendence of Feuerbach's principle. The thinking and the formation of Social existence and the criticism of Hegel's Philosophy of the Law, will undoubtedly draw the Feuerbach's principle, but the involvement of material interests of made Marx can have a visual sensibility of Feuerbach's. In "economic and Philosophic Manuscripts of 1844", Marx's thinking of the "free and conscious" labor as the lives of activities made his thesis of perceptual activity established, which was the sign that Marx completely transcend Feuerbach on the perceptual ontology .This transcendence is an important key for us to correctly interpret Marxist historical materialism.
