On The Cyber Crime Situation And Its Impact On International Criminal Law

Cyber crime is accompanied by the opening of 20th century global Internet and become diverse forms because computer technology and the development of information networks,some cyber crime nature is extremely bad,and pose tremendous potential threat to human life and production,has shown the development of social trends.The direct and indirect economic losses due to network security worldwide amount to as much as several billion even tens of billions of dollars each year.More crucial is that the traditional international criminal investigations,crime finds,the criminal jurisdiction and criminals punishment will face major challenge.
