For a long time, the peasant-workers for the construction of urban development has made tremendous contributions to accelerate the pace of urbanization in China. However, for various reasons, their living conditions in cities is not optimistic and it is difficult to integrate into urban society. The reason for this was mainly due to peasant-workers not enough stock of human capital, affect their careers in the city and life, then it is very difficult from the economic, social and psychological dimensions into urban society. How to improve peasant-workers in human capital and promote its integration into the city not only has a direct bearing on the interests of peasant-workers groups, but also affected China's urbanization process and the building of a harmonious society. This research was empirical investigation, inspected the city into the status of peasant-workers, peasants and workers in the description of the capital stock on the basis of the use of human capital and sociological theories of peasant workers in the capital city into its impact. This survey found that peasant-workers in cities emerged on the integration of three characteristics: deeper degree of economic integration, integration capacity has increased; low level of social integration, ahead of integration into the consciousness; psychological integration into the difficult, changing role difficulties. This research mainly from four areas studied the human capital of peasant-workers, including peasant-workers of age, work skills, education and peasant-workers time. Overall, though peasant-workers than before the stock of human capital has increased, but the overall labor force in rural areas of low human capital stock of the situation has still not been fundamentally changed.Differences in human capital through the research of peasant-workers into the cities affected, I believe that the age of 23-40 years of relatively young, higher education, the right workforce skills and peasant-workers a longer time to show groups of peasant-workers more high into the city, which the author concludes: human capital stock and peasant-workers into the cities have greater relevance of the general human capital city into a higher capacity stronger.Based on the above research, to enhance the human capital of peasant-workers and improve their city into the status, the author proposed that following suggested: The national policy aspect: it is necessary to reform the household registration system and related benefits and social security system; coordinate the contradiction between the two labour market improved Children of peasant-workers to education conditions. Peasant-workers own aspect: changing concepts, clear learning the importance of active participation in training and improve the human capital; actively participated in various social security system and so on.
