The Effects Of E-government On The Administrative Legal System In China

E-government is that the efficient, open administrative departments exercises management function and develop government affairs activity with the computer technology, modern communication technology and other high technology in secure and reliable network platform. Though E-government develops only few years, it develops rapidly in terms of breadth and depth. Its development has a great Influence upon the administrative legal system in China. Based on the importance of this issue, this paper will expounds the effects of e-government on the administrative legal system in China comprehensively, systematically from the administrative law basic theory, the subject of administrative law, administrative actions, administrative procedures and administrative legal supervision this five aspects.
