Discussion On Dong Biwu's Theory On The Old Judiciary's Thought Reform

Dong Biwu's judicial thoughts play an important role in the development of Chinese socialistic judjudicial theory. This article reviews his thoughts on the class's,political, righteous and procedural aspects of judjudicature. So the old judiciary would took thought reform. The thought reform was a long and difficult cocourse .The criterion of the thought reform was practice and people's profit. Dong Biwu demanded the old judjudiciary studied Marxism,Mao zedong's thoughts, new laws, decrees, orders and policy of our country and theCPC. But Dong Biwu's considered that laws were only willing of the ruling class,new laws didn't inherit the old laws.This was not scientific.
