There are very strict prohibition laws of corporal punishment by teacher in recent years. With the law being put in force, the voice of banning of coporeal punishment become higher and higher.Corporal punishment by teacher has become a hot-button issue. Therefore teachers do know how to do to deal with the corporeal punishment and corporal punishment in disguised form. Here are two extreme comportments here.1) In fact, there are lot of college's teacher still persist on one's thinking. They still implement on corporal punishment. This due to irregularity, therefore its strain the relationship between both teachers and students and teaching became very passive.2) There are numbers of teacher are afraid of facing "punishment", for the sake of wise and making one's safe, many teachers adopt nonfeasance attitude. They not only dare not punish the student, scolding and even comment on them. This lead to problematic student became worst; and it even disturbs the system to regularize properly.These are two totally different scenarios, but they all affect the efficiency and quality of teaching.Such problem can be solved by setting up criterion of the punishment power of teachers; therefore the standard of the punishment power of teachers should come along while the law entitles the punishment power of teachers.
